We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate leader to join our team as Director, Talent Acquisition & Development.

In this role, you’ll work to ensure we’re hiring the best people to join our team of 900+ dedicated employees across Arizona. Partner with hiring managers to understand program needs to develop recruitment strategies for filling vacancies and training strategies for employee growth. Support strategic goals while increasing employee engagement and retention. Help us grow into the pre-eminent customer-driven, quality-based provider in the Southwest.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage strategic recruitment and training programs to meet workforce planning goals

  • Help develop long-term strategy for employee engagement and retention

  • Assist in employee branding strategy to cultivate mission-driven candidates to SB&H

  • Determines training & professional development needs of employees

  • Provide leadership coaching in regards to employee relation issues or concerns

  • Serves as a subject matter expert and resource for managers and supervisors in recruitment, employee relations and employee learning and development

    A successful candidate will have:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

  • 8 + years of progressive experience within Human Resources

  • 2 + years HR supervisory experience

  • Able to operate at a strategic level with senior executives

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of regulations relating to HR, EEO/AA, FMLA, ADA, etc.

  • Able to achieve results in a team-oriented and highly collaborative environment

  • Technologically savvy and eager to streamline internal HR and ATS processes and implementation
