Description

We are looking for self-starters who are passionate about growing their careers, for a Sales Assistant position. If you are a driven individual, this may be a great opportunity for you. Based in the Phoenix, Arizona region, this Sales Assistant position from OfficeTeam is with a company in the Telecom Services field and offered on a long-term temporary-to-full-time basis.

Responsibilities

- Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions

- Facilitating the promotion of company products and services

- Writing communications and proofreading materials

- Ensuring process completion by assisting with coordinating orders

- Administering and arranging training courses for internal employees

- Supporting sales teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

- Performing other Sales Assistant tasks as necessary

- Preparing sales reports and presentations

- Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and detail oriented manner

- Preparing travel and meeting arrangements

Requirements

- 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience preferred

- Account analysis experience

- Expertise in inside sales

- Sales analysis & reporting experience preferred

- Well-founded grasp of customer service

- Strong familiarity with mortgage processing

- Comprehensive knowledge of sales

- Proven knowledge of account management

- General familiarity with strategic planning

- Practical knowledge of mortgages

- Superb social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors

- Good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

- Preferred education is a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field

- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
