How you will make an impact

- Administering interviews

- Managing new-hire onboarding paperwork/orientations

- Performing various administrative duties

- Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

- Incorporating digital recruiting resources

- Constructing internal recommendations

- Typing and posting job opportunity advertisements


- We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position

- Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

- This position's duties require a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

- Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of Salesforce Platform

- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
