The ideal candidate for this essential role will love organization, order, and people. This Phoenix area General Office Clerk role will be long-term temporary, and will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.

Responsibilities

- Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

- Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames

- Performing data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying and faxing

- Provide a warm environment to customers

- Conform to prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls

- Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary

Requirements

- Competent in handling office equipment

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Word and Excel

- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

- At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred
