Our Call Center Representative is responsible for working cooperatively with staff and participants, promoting professional and respectful interactions. This will be accomplished by efficiently managing incoming telephone calls for the company as well as determining benefit eligibility for participants and scheduling appointments. This includes screening calls and forwarding to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Screen and route incoming calls for the company to the correct department and employee
- Accurately verify benefits and eligibility.
- Communicate verification information to teams within the insurance department
High school diploma or GED
Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to enter notations into the computer while talking with the patient
Bilingual preferred, but not required
7am - 12pm
12pm - 5 pm
9am - 2pm
