Managed Care Coordinator

Responsibilities include the identification of under/overpayments on patient accounts and taking appropriate action to resolve them. The position will require the ability to read and understand complex contract terms and the ability to communicate and/or resolve the deficiencies with both internal and external customers.
Requirements: High School diploma or the equivalent.Language Skills: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Additional languages preferred.Skills: Basic computer knowledge Customer service
