Requirements

  • Excellent communication and patience with our inbound customers
  • Ability to empathize with people that have experienced a loss to their home and/or personal property
  • Strong work ethic showing ability to meet metrics, goals and objectives with positivity
  • Outgoing, positive and passionate about our industry
  • Ability to have difficult conversations when there is no coverage for a loss
  • Stable and successful work background
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to communicate messages
  • Math and analytical skills; ability to look at property estimates and convey financial information to callers

Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls from customers who have experienced a homeowner, renter, or condo property loss and setting up a new claim
  • Advising customer of policy coverage
  • Proactively resolves customer concerns and answers questions on existing claim calls
  • Other administrative duties as requested
