In Search Of Clinical Interns:
Devereux Residential Treatment Center is Scottsdale has 2-3 upcoming openings for clinical interns. Internship offers a great opportunity to work with adolescents ages five to seventeen with complex trauma, substance use, a huge array of mental and behaviors health diagnosis, CSEC population, and more! You will work directly with the children/youth to be seen as a positive role model, dedicated and truly caring about their well-being.
Located on a beautiful 10-acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale, Devereux Arizona’s 24-hour RTC and Therapeutic School, has the capacity to serve 52 children. The RTC is a safe and supportive environment that provides youth who are experiencing emotional, behavioral or substance abuse challenges. We also provide an on-site accredited K-12 therapeutic school, which offers an academic curriculum while students receive intensive behavioral and emotional support.
- Internship offers exposure to individual, group, and family therapy, CFT’s, utilization reviews, court hearings, and a multi-disciplinary team approach.
- Intern must be available to complete the majority of hours during regular business hours Monday – Friday.
- Number of hours is at discretion of your school's master program intern requirements.
- Clinical Manager provides weekly group and individual supervision (LPC and approved clinical supervisor through AZBBHE).
- Internship is unpaid.
