Job Description
* The Supervisor position will provide leadership for a team of Med D Enrollment Operations Auditors responsible to provide quality monitoring of enrollment activities/processes. This role will be responsible to collaborate with internal and external business partners to drive efficiency, accuracy and completeness within departmental and CMS regulatory guidelines. The position will be responsible to conduct research and to review the quality process in order to promote improvements and innovation within the process. In this role, you will coach, mentor and develop staff including providing career development planning and opportunities. This position requires strong critical thinking skills to identify issues, analyze the data in order to draw sound business conclusions and to implement solutions.

Required Qualifications
- CMS knowledge
- Medicare Part D regulations/guidance knowledge
- 3+ years of managing/supervising experience
- 1+ years of experience Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Enrollment systems and platforms
-Effective leadership skills
-Able to discern behavioral trends and outcomes
-Well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize work
-Attention to detail
-Ability to think outside-the-box in search of solutions
-Flexible in adapting to changes
-Skilled in identifying and solving issues to conclusion
-Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
-Excellent written and oral communication
-Demonstrate ability to document and present concepts in a clear and concise manner

Education
-Verifiable GED or High School Diploma is required
- Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
