As the Network Quality Reporting Advisor, you will be working with a dynamic team that is responsible for the development and execution of network and mail pricing for CVS Health, a Fortune 8 Company.

In this high impact role, you will lead and assist in areas of department reporting and project management for quality programs and initiatives. As as a department subject matter expert in areas of network products and pricing, including operational client support, you will oversee process improvement initiatives and provide technical solutions, as well as team training.

Specific tasks include, however are not limited to:

- Data analysis and data mining

- Reporting (includes report standardization and ad-hoc reporting) employing tools such as MS Access and Sequel Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Tableau.

- Proactively identify and drive creative and budget-focused operational efficiency leveraging existing and new technologies and processes

- Represent department initiatives on prioritization calls

- Perform root cause analysis and deploy systematic preventative measures.

- Maintain and resolve day to day issues with existing and new tools and applications within the department.

- Direct resources where appropriate for operational support, testing assistance, project participation, data analysis and validation

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and projects, demonstrate excellent communication skills to be able to concisely present root cause findings and resolution to various levels of leadership and other analytical information to different audience
levels. Additionally, strong critical thinking skills will be key in driving decisions that can impact company revenue.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in a role that includes data analytics and reporting, including delivering technical solutions for process improvements/enhancements.

- 2 years applying SQL skills.

- PBM or Health Care industry experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, including SSRS (Reporting Services), SSIS (Integration Services) and SSMS (Management Studio), SAS, VBA and Tableau.

- Quality management experience including implementing tools and solutions to drive zero defect results.

- Knowledge of CVS Caremark network programs and procedures. Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and claims adjudication.

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
