Exciting opportunity to directly manage excellent working relationships with CVS Caremark pharmacy and provider networks. Ideal candidate is a Subject Matter Expert of NCPDP electronic healthcare transactions. This position will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Pharmacy Network Document Repository. This involves collaborating with internal partners to ensure the application is meeting customer needs. The Sr. Analyst will also partner with various internal teams to support a successful Medicaid State Roster program. Candidate will also be responsible for providing data support with regards to Medicare Part D transactions such as Information Reporting (N). The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the certification process, partnering with software vendors, to ensure industry compliance. Candidate will collaborate with multiple internal business partners to implement or resolve pharmacy network issues. This position will help support user acceptance testing for Pharmacy Network projects, which can include coordinating and testing enhancements to CVS Caremark programs so that they are designed to work within industry standards and practices. This position is part of a high-performance group that is supportive of fellow team members. Outstanding technical and communication skills are beneficial for success.

Required Qualifications
Strong technical problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities. Proficient MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal communication/social skills. Strong research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
SQL knowledge recommended. Project management expertise. Knowledge of pharmacy network operations and adjudication processes across CVS Caremark platforms is desired. Knowledge of client set up activities and claims processing flow. A good understanding of healthcare plans and benefits for provider/payer needs are desired. Knowledge of and Medicare Part D experience desired. NCPDP transactions vD.* and N Transactions desired. Knowledge of document storage skills preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years experience or similar work experience.
