As the Metrics and Reporting Advisor, you will be a vital contributor to the operations of the Client Services division and broader PBM business. Your role will be essential to the successful growth of the PBM businesses and will drive new operational initiatives that have a profound impact on the future direction of the company overall. As a part of CVS Caremark Client Services organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions related to key performance indicators, Service warranties, and Performance guarantees. Additionally, you will develop analytic products including reports and dashboards. You will partner with other teams within CVS businesses and IT organizations to extract data from upstream data sources, specifically utilizing Tableau and SQL Server environments building solutions for management and business consumption. The team the advisor will lead consists of multiple skillsets that apply across multiple lines of business. Additionally the position will be asked to conduct ad-hoc data analysis for clients and internal partners.
Working across all functions of Client Services operations, with particular emphasis on solving complex problems, requests, developing, leading and performing advanced analytics, updating and developing executive/management reporting, solution ideation, design, testing, and measurement. You will work closely with business partners across the organization to understand the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating analytics capabilities in building metrics & reporting solutions using analytics tools with emphasis on Tableau
- Developing source code and queries to generate report output, perform routine maintenance on existing offerings, and address special requests
- Facilitating meetings to provide status, progression, and ensuring that client and CVS Health business decisions are aligned
- Developing executive & management reporting to publish weekly/monthly metrics
- Managing Service warranty & performance guarantee processes
- Review, design and implement legacy processing and reports into a Tableau/SQL environment for all lines of businesses and subsequent partners

You will operate in a highly complex and fast changing environment while working directly with internal clients at all levels (e.g., finance, account management, sales and operations) as well as external representatives when requested. You will lead by adopting organizational change and managing change throughout the organization and provide trusted consultancy leadership to the business.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of high level analytical experience in an operational environment with experience in building complex business models with Tableau and SQL
* 3+ years of experience creating and enhancing reports, data management, business intelligence and processing environments
* At least 3+ years of Tableau reporting & Dashboard experience
* 3 or more years of demonstrated experience developing and using reporting tools such as Tableau, SalesForce Analytics, SQL, Excel and Access
* 3 years of experience leading medium and large sized projects

Preferred Qualifications
* Progressive experience in a health care benefits services industry or a similar industry
* Team oriented and self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control work flow deadlines and be flexible
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including solid experience with group presentations
* Strong decision-making, strong creative problem solving, and management of details to closure
* Demonstrated leadership experience

Education
* Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or Related degree
* Preferred Certificates and Training: Tableau Desktop (Levels 1-3), Tableau Prep, Tableau Advanced Analytics with R, Tableau Server, SQL Server, SQL DBA, SQL Development
