As The Member Communications Manager for the Custom Team, you will be responsible for the overall management and mentorship of a growing team. Your team will be focusing on the successful execution of CVS Health’s PBM member communications which help keep members informed of a variety of key benefit aspects. The team will utilize many different communication delivery channels including Print, Email, IVR, LOC and others. You will have overall responsibility to ensure all of the communications executed by this team are done so with the highest level of quality and consistent timeliness while remaining within budget, where applicable. You will also will need to develop positive relationships with all applicable internal and external partners. Some of your additional responsibilities will include:

- Delegating and prioritizing work for your team

- Collaborating with key vendors to tackle new challenges

- Leading presentations for all levels of the organization

As a leader you will need to bring with you a strong aptitude for coaching and mentorship. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your ability to work with an intense sense of urgency will be tested. The contributions your team will make will help to ensure CVS Health Maintains its position as a leader in the PBM Marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* 5 or more years of experience working in PBM, Operations, Printing, Communications, Project Management or similar related field
* At least 3 years of direct or indirect leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience directly related to Member Communications execution
* General understanding of PBM Operations
* Well-developed Problem Solving capabilities
* Proven experience in continuous process improvement
* Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio and Project

Education
* Associates Degree Required
* Bachelors Degree Preferred
