We have an exciting new opportunity in our Scottsdale, Arizona location! This Project Manager, On-boarding position will play a key role in driving enhancements and process improvements to Enterprise Analytics on-boarding process. In this role, the project manager will drive development and implementation of a comprehensive on-boarding program for all newly hired colleagues within Enterprise Analytics. This role will identify and drive business process changes that enhance new colleague on-boarding and readiness activities, author documentation that supports the on-boarding process, and provide insights and recommendations for ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities also include:
* Project leader responsible for development, implementation and execution of a new colleague on-boarding program, including partnering with team leaders to create strategy and curriculum of multi-day on-boarding sessions that support alignment to departmental objectives, defines employee role within organization and provides overview of existing resources/tools that support timely on-boarding and knowledge transfer.
* Develop on-boarding documentation for hiring leaders and employee checklists to avoiding unnecessary delays and ensure colleagues are equipped with all the tools/access rights required to begin working as quickly as possible.
* Support collection and/or tracking of immigration related documentation, including OPT/STEM training plans and collaborate with HR and legal partners to provide support of H-1B lottery/green card petitions and associated activities.
* Support colleague engagement by minimizing logistic challenges associated with space assignments, equipment availability, and software/data access.
* Support overall talent / career development initiatives through annual maintenance of competency framework and documentation/communication regarding training opportunities, delivered through enhanced version of departmental SharePoint site.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have:
* 3+ years’ experience in a Human Resources related role such as Generalist, On-Boarding, Recruiting, etc.
* Strong focus on operational excellence
* Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to lead and communicate effectively to an audience distributed across the country who may have different learning styles as well as unique strengths and areas of opportunities
* Strong leadership skills and communication skills required in all vehicles of communication.
* Keen ability to understand your audience and alter your approach as needed to the culture and style of the organization, as well as the individual learning patterns and personalities of the team.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidate would have:
* Strong understanding of the tech landscape
* Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training curriculum.
* Understanding of key performance metrics that drive the results of training programs and ability to drive training to maximize results.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management or related field required
Master's degree preferred
