Youth Evaluation and Treatment Centers (Youth ETC), founded in 1974, is a private, non-profit agency dedicated to providing community-focused, reality-based services to at-risk children and families. Every year we serve over 12,000 youth and families through our outpatient, residential, community, and educations programs. Our goal is to nurture troubled youth back to health, guide them in making better choices, teach them positive behaviors, and assist them in preparing for healthier lives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing identified electronic clinical documentation as instructed by Director of Quality Management and Quality Assurance Specialist. 2. Responsible for tracking and requesting corrections for identified electronic clinical documentation. 3. Approval of identified clinical documentation, upon receipt of acceptable revision, within 1 business day of receipt . 4. Compile requested tracking reports as needed. 5. Assist in actively assessing work area for non-compliance issues and notifies supervisor in a timely manner to ensure follow up. 6. Acts as a liaison to YETC staff for clinical documentation related requests as directed by the Quality Assurance Specialist. 7. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. EOE Skills / Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in human service field or a combination of four years of education
and experience in the behavioral health field. 2. Knowledge of Arizona Child Model and CFT process. 3. Demonstrate expertise working with clinical documentation. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Working knowledge of Windows bases software and database applications. 6. Maintain productive communication with staff. 7. Possess the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment. 8. Must meet all licensing and contracting requirements for agency personnel. 9.
