POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the processing of new client referrals and tracking admission status through satisfaction with the service provided. Duties may include: following through with telephone inquiries, inputting data into computer database, and monitoring customer satisfaction. JOB DUTIES Establishes positive working relationships with referral sources. Answers incoming referral calls in a timely manner and with positive communication skills. Accurately records and enters basic referral information into automated homecare system. Contacts Clinical Manager and communicates basic referral information; tracks response to request for assignment of case until Clinical Manager communicates a decision. Assists Clinical Manager in reviewing scheduling of licensed personnel to evaluate acceptance of case. If case is accepted, enters Customer and Admission information and Referral Note into the HBOC or computer database. Skills / Requirements
Education:
Current state license as RN or LPN Experience: Minimum one year experience in homecare Licensure/Certification: Current state license as RN or LPN Important Notes
