We are currently hiring for a(n) Clerk II-Front Desk Receptionist/Reservation (Spa)

Department: Wellness Spa
Schedule: On Call
Shift: Days
Hours: M, F, SAT
To function as a receptionist and perform administrative responsibilities for the spa as assigned. The scope of responsibility for this position is coordinating client appointments, determining clients needs and assisting clients as necessary. The individual must demonstrate a service-oriented attitude and possess the ability to function in a multitask environment. Position requires that the individual promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to clients, patients, and members.

Basic Education: High School Diploma or GED Basic Experience: 1 year prior customer service experience required Basic Field of Expertise: Customer Service
*** Position is on call
- no guarantee of hours, no benefits. We are looking for someone who is available to work events& gt; helping to plan the event, passing out flyers, etc. Also may cover the front desk at the spa, stock supplies, etc as needed. Saturdays are the busiest days***
