Job: Director of Sales

Do you have a Marketing Degree and/or 5 years component repair sales experience?
Have you supervised up to 5 Sales Representatives?
Are you an effective communicator?

If you answered "yes" to these questions you may be the right fit for our Director of Sales position.

As a Director of Sales for our organization you will be responsible for:

Meeting sales goals as well as building business plans to grow the business
Preparing pre-trip historical data analysis on the customer's current activity with Barfield
Producing trip reports covering items discussed and action plan moving forward
Maintaining daily communication with assigned customer service representative who will handle these accounts
Negotiating contracts with clients
Meeting client requirements with speed and accuracy to maximize sales and service opportunities

Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

Marketing Degree and/or 5 years component repair sales experience
Airline experience is highly preferred
Ability to effectively supervise other sales reps
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (particularly pivot tables)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to process information quickly and accurately
Excellent communication skills
Be a positive team player with superb leadership qualities
Desire to learn and excel in the department by providing new ideas and concepts
