Debt Management

If the need for debt consolidation/management services is indicated, and upon your execution of a debt management agreement with TCA, TCA will negotiate with each creditor included in the plan to 1) reduce the monthly payment on your account to a realistic and affordable amount, 2) request a "means tested and needs based" interest rate reduction on your account, 3) request that any delinquent account be re-aged to current status, 4) request the suspension of collection activities, and 5) request the suspension of miscellaneous lenders fees such as over-the-limit and late charges.
